Examples of Our Real Estate Litigation Practice

 

  • Estate Distribution: obtained a favorable arbitration award relating to multiple parcels of real estate for distributee of an Estate before a religious court (Beth Din) -- obtained confirmation of the award in subsequent Supreme Court actions.

  • Breach of Contract: on behalf of new home purchaser obtained significant partial refund of purchase price of home, as well as correction of numerous construction defects, from builder/devloper for Purchaser of a new luxury construction based on breach of contract and fraud.

  • Yellowstone Injunction: obtained same on behalf of commercial Tenant and negotiated settlement with landlord during trial allowing Tenant to remain for the full term of its lease, with the landlord paying for all repairs needed to cure alleged lease defaults.
