The firm has a particular specialization in the preparation of prenuptial, postnuptial and separation agreements. The practice also negotiates and litigates post divorce disputes involving relocation, modification and enforcement proceedings.

Examples of Our Matrimonial Practice

 

  • Pension Distribution: obtained for our client her former husband's entire pension due to his failure to comply with discovery requests.

  • Enforcement of Separation Agreement: successfully represented a divorced party against the Estate of her former husband, obtaining a money judgment and recovery against the Estate due to the former husband's failure to comply with the parties' separation agreement.
