• Represented the owner of a development site -- through litigation and negotiation we vacated the entire residential and commercial tenancy allowing the client to redevelop the site.

• Undertook the direction of all landlord-tenant litigation on behalf of a 1,700 unit apartment complex in order to collect rental arrears, which had not been collected regularly for years, successfully.

• Represented the purchaser of a townhouse, successfully vacating the building so the new owner could reside there with his family.

• Represented the owner of a shopping center in a number of litigations resulting in the eviction of the tenant and defeating tenant's claim for recovery for costs incurred in improving the property on behalf of the tenants.
